To witness to God's presence and power
In the world today through the message of the total Gospel for the total person and by this to reach men and women and their families for Jesus Christ, especially those having the same social, cultural or business interests as the person doing the witnessing.
To provide a basis for Christian fellowship
Among all people everywhere through a fellowship not directly associated with any specific church but co-operating with all those of like faith and to inspire its members to be active in their respective churches. The Full Gospel Business Men's Fellowship International does not start churches; rather, we desire to be a service arm to existing ones.
To bring about a greater measure of unity
And spirit of harmony in the body of Christ, where members are united in a common effort for the good of the whole of the body.

Full Gospel Business Men's Fellowship International
We believe in One God, Maker of all things and being in Trinity of Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
We believe that the Son of God, Jesus Christ, became incarnate, was begotten by the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary, and is true God and true man.
We believe the Bible, in its entirety, to be the inspired Word of God and the final infallible rule of faith and conduct.
We believe in the resurrection of the dead, the eternal happiness of the saved, and the eternal punishment of the lost.
We believe in personal salvation of believers through the shed blood of Christ.
We believe in sanctification by the blood of Christ, in personal holiness of heart and life and in separation from the world.
We believe in divine healing, through faith, and that healing is included in the Atonement.
We believe that being baptized in the Holy Spirit (as distinct from being born again) is for believers today and speaking in tongues and the gifts of the Holy Spirit are still available.

Ladies of the Fellowship
The title "BUSINESS MEN" was adopted as the name of the Ministry but this was not meant to exclude women. On the contrary, Rose Shakarian wife of Demos, participated all FGBMFI programs and later women were referred to as Ladies of the Fellowship (LoF) until now which is also adapted in Tanzania.
